The Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS), introduced in Singapore by the Building Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) since 1989, serves as a standard assessment system on the quality of building projects.
By using CONQUAS as a standardized method of quality assessment, LLC Properties is able to set quality targets for contractors to achieve and also assess the quality of the finished building.
Today, CONQUAS is widely recognised and also accepted internationally as a benchmarking tool for quality. CONQUAS is now a registered trademark in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong SAR, United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa and India.
LLC Properties currently implements CONQUAS for all its developments and has achieved an average score of 78+ todate. This score places our quality standards among some of the top developers in Malaysia. Our current highest and lowest score todate is 79.4 and 77.6, indicating that our quality standards are close and consistent in our developments. It is our target to continually improve on our quality standards as we believe that quality homes will provide us with branding value as a quality developer.
